What if I don't know my account number or Client ID?

If you do not remember your Client ID, the fastest way to retrieve this is by using our online Client ID retrieval. You can also retrieve your Client ID over the phone by calling 13 15 19 or +61 2 9115 1417 (outside Australia) between 8am and 7pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday and an Equities Associate will be able to provide your Client ID after completing an identification check.
