Why can't I log into the CommSec app?

Our mobile app is compatible only with Apple (iPhone & iPad) devices operating iOS 9.0 or later and Android Smartphones operating 4.01 or later.

Please ensure that JavaScript has been enabled in your phone's web browser settings. If you are still unable to log into the mobile app, please contact us on 13 15 19 or +61 2 9115 1417 if calling from overseas (Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, Sydney time).
