I live overseas but have forgotten my password, will I be able to use this new online password reset functionality?

If you have an overseas mobile phone number registered against your account, you will still need to call CommSec on 13 15 19, or +61 2 9115 1417 if outside Australia (8am to 7pm, Sydney time, Monday to Friday), and a Client Service Officer will be able to reset your password after completing an identification check.
