Issuer Sponsored shares can be sold online using your CommSec Trading Account by entering the Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) when placing a trade. You can usually locate your SRN on any holding or dividend statement, and it will generally begin with the letter 'I'.

To sell Issuer Sponsored Shares:

• Log into your account and navigate to Trading
• Select your account and click on “Sell”
• Enter the stock code and quantity
• Set your price limit or choose “At Market” price
• Set your expiry to default or “Good for Day” 
• Under “Settlement” choose “Issuer Sponsored SRN” and enter the SRN on the field provided.
  
• Review “Order Estimate” and click Proceed

If the shares are successfully sold, the proceeds will be placed in your account overnight on the second business day after the sale (T+2), and will be available to you on the next business day.

Important note: In order to successfully sell your Issuer Sponsored shares using your CommSec Trading Account, the recorded name and address on your Issuer Sponsored shares must exactly match your CommSec Trading Account details.
