TMX Australia Exchange is an ASIC-regulated alternative trade execution venue to the ASX that provides trading in both ASX listed securities and TMX Australia Exchange only listed investment products.

TMX Australia Exchange trades continuously between 10am-4:13pm (Sydney) from Monday to Friday, and operates an opening and closing auction on their uniquely listed products only. Visit www.tmxaustralia.com to learn more.

TMX Australia Exchange is an alternative trading exchange to the ASX. Both exchanges allow you to buy or sell the same ASX-listed stocks and funds. The process by which stock is purchased is the same. However:

• TMX Australia Exchange has unique exchange traded funds (ETFs) that are not available on the ASX. A list of these Funds can be found here.
• TMX Australia Exchange is a day-only trading exchange for ASX listed corporates, meaning orders cannot be left overnight. This may make it faster to execute orders compared to the ASX, as there can be less backlog of other orders to compete with.

All trades that execute on TMX Australia Exchange still settle and clear through CHESS and are held alongside all your other Australian investments on your existing broker HIN.

TMX Australia Exchange is a securities and derivatives exchange that offers a range of asset classes including equities from Australia's largest companies, indices, currencies, commodities, foreign exchange contracts and many unique TMX Australia Exchange-exclusive Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
