What is the Best Execution Statement?

Our Best Execution Statement describes how we intend to achieve the best outcome for your orders. As your broker, we are required by ASIC to provide you with an outline of our statement, to ensure you understand:

  • What we define as Best Execution
  • Which trading venues we currently participate in
  • How we seek to obtain the best outcome for your orders in accordance with our statement

Any changes to our Best Execution Statement will be made available on our website for you to view. A copy of CommSec's Best Execution Statement is available here.

Best Execution is different from Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). Unlike our T&Cs, CommSec's Best Execution Statement does not require you to either acknowledge or consent to it. It simply states how a participant will endeavour to get the best outcome for all of their orders.
