Hi! I’m Grace, and I look after all things trading on the CommSec App and Web. I’m really passionate about creating the best investing experience for all Australians, and I’m incredibly lucky to work with amazing people who help turn these ideas into what you see on your screens at home. You may have noticed that your investing experience has recently changed. This was a big deal for us.
When we launched our new ordering experience, we knew it wouldn’t be ‘done’ on day one. After all, Rome wasn’t built in a day! Because this is arguably the most important experience for you we’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and it has directly shaped what you see today.
Thanks to you, we’ve made it clearer which account you’ve selected, enabled data streaming, added stock logos, and much more.
This includes key accessibility feedback that has strengthened our VoiceOver experience on the app. And there’s plenty still on the way including market depth on the app, remembering your last-used ordering preferences on the web, and giving you more control over expiry types.
It’s been incredibly rewarding to bring the changes you’ve asked for to life. When we hear that something isn’t working or could be better, it quickly becomes a priority for us.
