How do I update my Order Confirmation and Order Notifications preferences?
You can choose to have your Order Confirmations delivered via post or email, and changing your preference is simple. Receiving your Order Confirmations and Order Notifications via email is free; for delivery to your nominated postal address the charge is $1.95.
To amend your preferences, please:
- Navigate to Portfolio > Accounts (Select Account)
- Click on 'View or Edit Account Details'.
- Complete any additional security requirements
- Click on 'Edit' under the Trade Confirmations heading
- Ensure you click on the 'Save’ button to confirm the change.
- In the ‘View or Edit Account Details’ page, you can also choose to receive ‘Order Notifications’ via email when your order is amended or cancelled.
Please note: To view your past Order Confirmations, navigate to Trading > Shares > Confirmations or by clicking here.
