Your share transfer request has been completed, any shares will be visible in the destination account overnight

At any stage, you may see that your request shows an ‘Action required’ notification. You will receive this notification when we need your help to complete the request. Here, we will share the steps involved to resolve any issues, including the relevant support team contact details.

Customer details such as full names (including salutation & middle names) and postal addresses must match EXACTLY between both the originating and destination brokers or accounts. To confirm your details, read what you need to do here before continuing.
